New Manitoba PNP Draws in January

Manitoba, in its commitment to the Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), conducted two draws on 11th and 25th January 2024. These draws resulted in the issuance of a total of 698 Letters of Advice (LAAs) for provincial nomination.

  • 25 January: The MPNP draw on this date saw the issuance of 275 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination.
  • 11 January: An earlier draw on this date invited 423 immigration candidates.

Ontario PNP Draw for Express Entry - Skilled Trades Stream - 11 Jan 2024

Ontario took the lead by conducting a total of five draws for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), extending invitations to 8,122 candidates for provincial nomination.

  • 24 January: Draws were held for the EJO - Foreign Worker, Master, and PhD Graduate streams, resulting in the issuance of 1,481 LAAs.
  • 19 January: A draw for the EJO - Foreign Skilled Worker stream invited 1,654 candidates.
  • 18 January: Ontario held a draw for the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, issuing 984 Notifications of Interest (NOIs).
  • 11 January: The express entry skilled trades stream draw invited 2,552 candidates.
  • 9 January: A draw for the EJO - Foreign Worker stream resulted in the issuance of 1,451 NOIs.

British Columbia PNP Draws in January

British Columbia contributed significantly to the issuance of invitations by conducting three draws on 10th, 16th, and 23rd January 2024, inviting a total of 805 candidates to apply for the provincial nomination for the Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa.

  • 23 January: British Columbia held a draw, inviting approximately 220 immigration candidates.
  • 16 January: About 198 ITAs were issued in the latest BC PNP draw.
  • 10 January: A new BC PNP draw invited nearly 377 candidates.

Alberta PNP Draws in January 2024

Alberta actively participated in immigration efforts by conducting three draws of the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) throughout January.

  • 2-16 January: Alberta conducted three draws on 2nd, 11th, and 16th January, inviting a total of 108 candidates to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa.

PEI PNP Draws in Jan 2024

Prince Edward Island made its mark with an immigration draw for the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) on 18th January 2024.

  • 18 January: PEI PNP conducted its first draw of 2024, inviting 136 candidates.
