In 2023, AAIP has the ability to issue 9,750 nomination certificates, distributed between Express Entry and non-Express Entry pathways (with potential adjustments throughout the year). Projected increases to over 10,000 nominations per year are foreseen in 2024 and 2025.
It is to be noted that these plans for AAIP nomination allocations are subject to change without prior notice. They are depending on various factors, including application volumes and the dynamic allocation of nominations to address Alberta's developing labour requirements.
