Ontario PNP- HCP Stream draw on 8-9 March 2023

Ontario conducted a targeted health draw for OINP- Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream on 8-9 March 2023 to issue 822 Notifications of Interest (NOIs). In this targeted draw, the OINP invited candidates with work experience in a few targeted health occupations.

Now, after this latest draw, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has issued total 2,724 NOIS under Human Capital Priorities stream and just under 5,000 invitations overall this year. The OINP is one of the best Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa with relatively lowCRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement compare to federal Express Entry System.
