Quebec Opened 13th Draw of 2022 to Issue 998 Invitations
In the latest draw held by Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration, Quebec issued a total of 998 invitations to apply for permanent selection. To qualify for the invitations, candidates were required to score at least 603 points or higher and have a job offer outside of Montreal.
To qualify for a Quebec Regular Skilled Worker program (RSWP), candidates must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the Arrima online portal and meet the minimum points criteria.

How Quebec Arrima Expression of Interest (EOI) Points Grid Work?
Once an applicant submits an EOI to the Quebec, Arrima portal, they are awarded with a score which determines their ranking against other applicants.
Then Quebec conducts regular Arrima draw and invite highest scoring applicants to apply for a CSQ (certificat de sélection du Québec), i.e., Québec selection certificate.
