How British Columbia PNP works?

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for International Graduate, Skilled Worker, or Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker streams qualify to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).

Once candidates successfully create and submit their EOI profile, they get a ranking under Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS). The highest-ranking ones finally obtain an invitation to apply for provincial nomination with the province and get 30 days to submit their nomination application for a Canadian permanent residence visa.
