How does BC PNP EOI draw work?

Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements under BC’s International Graduate, Skilled Worker, or Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker streams can submit their EIOI, i.e., Expression of Interest.

Once they create and submit their profiles, they’ll be ranked as per BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS). The highest-ranking candidates then receive an invitation to apply for provincial nomination with British Columbia. Upon obtaining an ITA, candidates have 30 days to submit their nomination application online.
