  • Targeted Draw (Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 4214):18 invitations issued
    • Minimum Score Requirement: 60 Points
    • Category: Skilled Worker, International Graduate (includes EEBC option)
  • Targeted Draw (Healthcare):8 invitations issued
    • Minimum Score Requirement: 60 Points
    • Category: Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled (includes EEBC option)

British Columbia issues targeted invitations to apply for provincial nomination under key Skills Immigration categories based on various factors, including:

  • Education level, field and where it was obtained
  • Occupation
  • Language skills
  • The skill level and total work experience
  • Salary and/or skill level of employment offer
  • Intention to live, work and settle in British Columbia
  • Strategic priorities addressing specific labour market needs in the province or support pilot projects and initiatives
