Canada PNP Draw Results and Updates - August 2022
Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) are crucial in distributing the immigration benefits across Canada.
Each Canadian Province and Territory invite eligible candidates actively to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence.

British Columbia
The British Columbia PNP conducted a total of 3 targeted draws in August, where the province targeted applicants for a set of in-demand occupations.
Through these 3 draws, British Columbia invited over 600 candidates through Expression of Interest (EOI) BC PNP draws in August and in majority of draws, the province targeted candidates under certain in-demand occupations, like:
- Early Childhood Educators (NOC 4214)
- Health care assistants (NOC 3413)
- Other priority occupations including NOCs 3114 and 3213
- Healthcare workers (in 35 healthcare-related occupations)
- BCPNP tech occupations
Saskatchewan
The Saskatchewan PNP conducted 2 EOI SINP draws and invited 1,297 candidates under the Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry categories. In all the SINP draws, the province targeted candidates with an Educational Credential Assessment and work experience in specific in-demand occupations.
Manitoba
The Manitoba PNP issued 353 ITAs in its single MPNP draw held on 26th August and invited applicants under following PNP streams:
- Skilled Workers in Manitoba;
- Skilled Workers Overseas; and
- International Education
Ontario
The Ontario PNP opened 3 OINP draws in August and issued a total of 818 ITAs in August. Out of three, two OINP draws were opened exclusively opened for Entrepreneur stream candidates and one targeted Express Entry Skilled Trades stream.
Prince Edward Island
The Prince Edward Island PNP opened one nominee draw on 18th August 2022 and issued 117 invitations via the Express Entry & Labour stream and 4 via its Business Work Permit Entrepreneur stream.
