IRCC invites 589 PNP candidates in latest Express Entry draw held on 10th May
The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the program-specific Express Entry draw on 10th May 2023 to invite 589 PNP candidates registered in the EE system to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. Express Entry draw process
The IRCC conduct EE draws regularly throughout the year, generally every fortnight. During each draw, IRCC issues Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian to candidates who have the top CRS scores in the EE pool.
The number of invitations issued in each draw varies based on applicants in the pool and requirements of the Canadian labour market. This year, the IRCC is inviting significant number of candidates to apply for Canadian PR visa. In March 2023 alone, the IRCC has issued more than 21,000 ITAs (Invitations to Apply).
After this latest EE draw, now Canada has issued 45,148 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa in total 12 Express Entry draws opened until date. With eased Canadian immigration process and consistently dropping CUT OFF, more and more people are applying for PR visa in Canada.
