Is this a good time to enter Express Entry pool of candidates?
Even if your estimated CRS score is below 500, this is considered as the right time to enter the Express Entry pool.
The primary reasons for you to enter the pool of candidates is an increased visibility to Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP). Most of the PNPs are actively nominating eligible candidates from the pool under popular PNP streams.
In fact, in the upcoming years it is expected that more candidates might migrate via PNPs than Canada's Federal High Skilled Worker programs, like Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades and Canadian Experience Class.
Provinces are actively scanning Express Entry pool to find suitable candidates that can help fill provincial labour market and demographic needs. PNPs are inviting eligible candidates directly from the pool with considerably low score requirements, which in turn improves your chances of obtaining an invitation from a Canadian provincial nominee program.
