Manitoba Issued 21 LAAs to Ukrainians in 10th Special Measure MPNP Draw
On January 30, 2023, Manitoba held its 10th Special Immigration Measure Draw for Ukrainian nationals and issued 21 LAAs (Letter of Advice to Apply) to people affected by ongoing events in Ukraine.
The provincial government of Manitoba is consistently supporting Ukraine nationals and their families to provide safety and refuge. In this effort, the province continues to welcome Ukrainians to Manitoba and support them with all the services to help address their requirements and needs.

Eligibility Criteria for 30th January MPNP Draw
To qualify for LAA under this special draw, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Ukraine
- Must obtain a minimum of CLB 4 in all four language abilities
- Must have an established connection with Manitoba, like previous employment, past study, a close relative, or community
- Must obtain a minimum of 60 points on the MPNP assessment grid
Please note, a CUAET (Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel) holder working in Manitoba for a minimum of six months may qualify to apply as a Skilled Worker in Manitoba.
