Manitoba Issues 366 LAAs in Recent MPNP Draw held on July 14, 2022

Manitoba opened the latest MPNP draw on July 14, 2022, to issue 366 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible candidates under the key Skilled Workers and International Graduates categories.

• Skilled Workers in Manitoba: 293 LAAs issued
• Minimum Score Requirement: 699 Points

 

• International Education Stream:40 LAAs issued
  • Minimum Score Requirement: N/A

 

• Skilled Workers Overseas:33 LAAs issued
  • Minimum Score Requirement: 715

Manitoba offer three key immigration pathways to foreign nationals and international students who wish to move to Manitoba permanently, including:

Skilled Workers Stream

This stream is locally driven and selects candidates based on the needs of employers in the province. The province select internationally trained and qualified workers with skills required in the provincial labour market and nominate them for Canadian permanent residence.

There are two pathways under this stream:

• Skilled Workers in Manitoba
• Skilled Workers Overseas

International Education Stream

This stream offers an immigration pathway to international students graduating in Manitoba.

There are three pathways under this stream:

• Career Employment Pathway
• Graduate Internship Pathway
• International Student Entrepreneur Pilot

Business Investor Stream 

This stream allows Manitoba to recruit and nominate entrepreneurs and business investors with genuine intention and the ability to set up or buy a business in Manitoba without submitting a deposit of $100,000.

Farm Investor Pathway
