Each province, except Quebec, operate different PNP streams and targets international students, recent graduates, entrepreneurs, and skilled and semi-skilled workers depending on labour market needs.

How do Canadian PNPs operate?

Each Canadian Provincial Nominee Program holds immigration draws and invites eligible applicants to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian PR. A few PNPs need applicants to submit an EOI profile to qualify for the draws. While a few PNPs invite applicants directly from the Express Entry pool.
