On February 2, 2023, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) opened two targeted draws and invited 1,902 eligible candidates. This time, the province invited candidates under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian PR.
