Prince Edward Island Releases Latest Draw Details
Popularly known as the "Garden of the Gulf " Prince Edward Island announced the details of its PNP draw held on June 16 2022.
In this PEI PNP draw 136 candidates received an invitation to apply for provincial nomination with Prince Edward Island. under the following streams:
- Express Entry and Labour Impact - 127 ITAs Issued
- Business Impact - 9 ITAs Issued with a minimum score requirement of 65 points
Earlier in January 2022 the province released the PEI PNP draw schedule for the year. Per the schedule we expect six more PEI PNP draws in 2022 under Express Entry & Labor Impact and Business Impact categories.

About Prince Edward Island PNP
The PEI PNP offers prospective immigrants a chance to obtain a provincial nomination via one of its various PNP streams which in turn fast-track their path to apply for a Canadian PR visa.
The province manages several PNP streams under three categories:
- PEI Express Entry- Candidates who are under the Express Entry pool and have expressed interest in living and working in the province may qualify for the PEI Express Entry stream.
- PEI Labour Impact- Skilled workers and recent graduates may apply for provincial nomination with PEI via the Labour Impact stream. The stream is ideal for those already hired by an employer in PEI.
- PEI Business Impact- Whether establishing a business with 100% ownership or investing in a new or established PEI business individuals wishing to immigrate to Canada on a business visa may take advantage of the Business Impact stream of the PEI PNP. They may also choose to obtain a work permit by investing in a PEI business which will provide a faster transition to their new life in Canada and PEI.
