What is the easiest way to get Canadian citizenship?

Canada's Citizenship Test

In order to apply to become a citizen of Canada, you must prepare for a citizenship test. 

After submitting your application, you will get an invitation to take the citizenship test, that you have to take up within 4 weeks time after getting an invite. After test, the IRCC will invite you for an interview that will be conducted by citizenship officers.

This test helps IRCC understand how much you know about the country. You are supposed to answer 20 multiple choice questions about the Canadian rights and responsibilities and about Canada's history, geography, economy, laws, government and symbols.

You can take up the test either in English or French language  and it lasts for 30 minutes.

Processing time for citizenship application

After submitting the application, the IRCC will verify and evaluate your profile, answers, information, documents, etc.

The entire process takes around 12 months time to take a decision on your application for Canadian Citizenship. After completing your test and an interview, if you application gets approved then you will get an invitation from the IRCC to take a Citizenship Oath at a citizenship ceremony.
